What we collect

When you ask for an offer or call us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, the property address and city, and any details about the house or your situation that you add after sending the form.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To contact you about your property and prepare an offer.
• To follow up on a conversation you started with us.
• To keep records required for a property sale, if you decide to sell to us.

We only use your details to talk to you about your property. We don't send marketing emails or texts, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside our team except the services we use to run the business, such as our text message and email providers, and lawyers if you go ahead with a sale.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we're talking about your property, and for as long as the law requires if you sell to us. If you don't go ahead, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call or text 647-955-4277, or email privacy@directcashhousebuyers.ca, and we'll take care of it.
